By and large, it was fantastic base for sightseeing in Chihuahua, had much fun. I have just spent 1 day in a double room and thoroughly enjoyed it. My room included a microwave oven, coffee/tea makers, and a fridge. No complaints, the hotel met all required needs.

This hotel offers fantastic value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is unmatched. The location is perfect, close to everything, especially a mall. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms, although lacking blackout curtains, are spacious and nicely decorated. The breakfast is delicious with a great selection.
Gym closure was a letdown.

The parking space is ample. The room was spacious and tidy. We enjoyed watching the TV since it had varied channel selections. The staff was attentive to all our needs and requests. The general manager was quick to respond, he apologized, and provided a solution to our problem with food and drink service. We were happy with the ADA compliant features of the shower stall.
The pool-side food/drink service was poor. The staff never cleaned one of our rooms.

The hotel has a spacious and pretty decor, with a great location close to some of the best restaurants in town. The staff was accommodating, making our stay comfortable. The rooftop pool and gym were nice bonuses that added to the enjoyment of our stay.
The hotel was under staffed, so housekeeping service took a long time to fulfill its task. It was also a nuisance that we couldn't freely access the rooms of friends staying on different floors.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic - it was close to everything, including a mall, which was great for shopping and dining. Secondly, the staff were very friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay, which made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. I also appreciated the attention to detail, like the basic amenities provided in the room.
